Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and wages on employee productivity through motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were employees of PT. Kopi Utama Indonesia as many as 35 employees. Sampling using saturated sampling technique which uses the entire population of 35 employees. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, wages have a positive and significant effect on motivation, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, wages have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Keyword :Work Environtment, Wages, Motivation, Employee Productivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Upah Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Melalui Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari PT. Kopi Utama Indonesia sebanyak 35 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yang mana menggunakan jumlah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, upah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, upah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Upah, Motivasi, Produktivitas Karyawan.
