Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research was conducted because of a decrease in the results of the Performance Indicators. This research method uses descriptive analysis and quantitative associative research. Sampling using a saturated sample or a census sample with a population of 50 PT XYZ employees as respondents and the analysis used in this study are: Evaluation of Measurement (outer) Model, Test of Structural Model (Inner Model) data processing using Partial Least Square program (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation partially has no significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction & Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya penurunan dari hasil Indikator Kinerja (Performance Indikator). Metode penilitian ini mengggunakan analisis deskriptif dan penelitian asosiatif Kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh atau sampel sensus dengan populasi seluruh pegawai PT XYZ yang berjumlah 50 orang menjadi responden dan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : Evaluasi Measurement (outer) Model, Uji Model Struktural (Inner Model) pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
