Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama : Bambang Adi Setiawan NIM : 41115310032 Judul : Analisa Tinkat Pelayanan Bus Agra Mas Bandara. Studi Kasus Rute PGC – Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta. Bus Agra Mas merupakan salah satu sarana angkutan umum yang disediakan oleh pihak swasta yang dibentuk pada tahun 1985, armada ini dimulai dari rute Karawang lalu meluas ke Jabodetabek hingga tahun 2014 badan pengelola transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ) menggandeng PO Agra Mas meluncurkan Jabodetabek Airport (JA) ini melayani bus rute PGC Jakarta Timur – Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Importance Performance Analisys (IPA). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kepuasan penumpang, mengevaluasi tingkat pelayanan dengan mengacu kepada indicator standar pelayanan dari Ditjen Perhubungan Darat. Hasil dari hasil analisis Kinerja Operasional Bus mengacu pada standar Ditjen Perhubungan Darat, didapatkan hasil keseluruhan kinerja operasional sudah masuk dalam kategori Baik dengan nilai 24 poin. hasil kuisioner menyatakan bahwa kinerja pelayanan Sangat baik (SB) sebesar 16%; Baik (B) sebesar 52% ; Cukup Baik (CB) sebesar 25% ; Kurang Baik (KB) sebesar 6% dan Tidak Baik (TB) sebesar 0%, dengan mengacu kepada 5 skala likert. Dari diagram Cartesius ada beberapa aspek yang menjadi perhatian mengenai tingkat pelayanan, kuadran I terdapat 8 atribut yang dianggap penting oleh konsumen dan pelayananya pun sangat memuaskan, Kuadran II terdapat 1 atribut yang di anggap sangat penting oleh pelanggan tetapi pelayananya tidak memuaskan. Case Study of the PGC Route - Soekarno Hatta International Airport. The method used in this study is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This research was conducted to determine passenger satisfaction, evaluate service levels by referring to service standard indicators from the Directorate General of Land Transportation. The results of the Bus Operational Performance analysis results refer to the Directorate General of Land Transportation standards, the overall results of operational performance have been included in the Good category with a value of 24 points. the results of the questionnaire stated that the service performance was very good (SB) by 16%; Good (B) of 52%; Fairly Good (CB) of 25%; Poor (KB) by 6% and Not Good (TB) by 0%, with reference to the 5 Likert scale. From the Cartesian diagram there are several aspects of concern regarding the level of service, quadrant I there are 8 attributes that are considered important by consumers and their service is very satisfying, Quadrant II there are 1 attributes that are considered very important by customers but the service is not satisfactory.
