Abstract

PT. BMW is a company engaged in Food & Beverage. Service quality and product quality are the main concerns in this company. Raw material inventory also has an important role in maintaining service quality and product quality. PT. BMW experienced problems from these three variables which caused a decrease in outlet performace. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis is used to assist in knowing the relationship of influence between raw material inventory, service quality and production quality on outlet performace. The results of this study indicate that the three factors have a significant influence on outlet performace. Inventory of raw materials has a significant influence on service quality of 25.816 and on product quality of 16.212. Service quality has a significant influence on outlet performace of 2.889. Product quality has a significant influence on outlet performace of 6.323. Keyword : Service quality, product quality, raw material inventory, Outlet Performace, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis PT. BMW merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Food & Beverage. Kualitas layanan dan Kualitas Produk menjadi konsen utama dalam perusahaan ini. Persediaan bahan baku juga mempunyai peran penting dalam menjaga kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk . PT. BMW mengalami masalah dari ketiga variabel tersebut yang menyebabkan menurunnya kinerja outlet. Analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk membantu dalam mengetahui hubungan pengaruh antara persediaan bahan baku, kualitas layanan dan kualitas produksi terhadap kinerja outlet. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja outlet. Persediaan bahan baku mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan sebesar 25.816 dan terhadap kualitas produk sebesar 16.212. Kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja outlet sebesar 2.889 . Kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja outlet sebesar 6.323.
