Abstract

This research was carried out on the Grand Classic Hotel project, located in Pasir Sari, Cikarang, West Java. In the Project on the structural work there are items for adding floor plate structure. The work of this floor plate structure is a reinforced structural component which is above the beam structure elevation. In this floor plate work, the idea or idea about the use of formwork steel deck on its structure is considered the method that will be carried out and considering aspects of the structural work has been completed. This research is a comparative study which aims to compare the effectiveness achieved when using steel deck formwork compared to conventional formwork in terms of implementation methods and cost and time efficiency with the PERT method. This study aims to find out more effective and efficient methods in terms of time and cost in the work of adding the floor plate structure of the Grand Classic Hotel Cikarang project in 2019. The research was conducted by collecting data according to the conditions in the field. Data is taken from field observations, discussions and interviews with related parties on the project. The results showed that the work cost of adding the floor plate structure with the PERI System formwork was Rp.98,795,046, while the Steel Deck formwork was Rp.88,274,022, - with a total volume of 192,322 m². In terms of the time needed for System PERI's formwork workshops it is 21 working days while the time required for Steel Deck formwork is 19 working days. So it can be concluded that the Steel Deck formwork price is cheaper than PERI's System work and in terms of formwork Steel Deck time is faster than PERI System formwork. Keywords: Floor Plate Structure, PERI System, Steel Deck, Cost, PERT Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada proyek Grand Classic Hotel yang berlokasi di Pasir Sari, Cikarang, Jawa Barat. Dalam Proyek pada pekerjaan struktur terdapat item penambahan struktur plat lantai, Pekerjaan struktur plat lantai ini merupakan komponen struktur bertulang yang terdapat di atas elevasi struktur balok. Pada pekerjaan plat lantai ini di kemukakan ide atau gagasan tentang penggunaan bekisting steel deck pada struktur nya mempertimbangkan metode yang akan di laksanakan dan mempertingkan aspek pekerjaan struktur telah selesai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif yang bertujuan membandingkan efektifitas yang di raih jika menggunakan bekisting steel deck dibandingkan bekisting konvensional dalam segi metode pelaksanaan dan efisiensi biaya dan waktu dengan metode PERT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode yang lebih efektif dan efisien di lihat dari segi waktu dan biaya dalam pengerjaan penambahan struktur plat lantai proyek Grand Classic Hotel Cikarang pada tahun 2019. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data sesuai keadaan di lapangan. Data diambil dari pengamatan lapangan, diskusi dan wawancara pihak terkaait pada proyek tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya pekerjaan penambahan struktur plat lantai dengan bekisting System PERI adalah Rp.98,795,046,- sedangkan dengan bekisting Steel Deck adalah Rp.88,274,022,- dengan total volume 192.322 m². Ditinjau dari segi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pekejaan bekisting System PERI adalah 21 hari kerja sedangkan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pekerjaan bekisting Steel Deck adalah 19 hari kerja. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga pekerjaan bekisting Steel Deck lebih murah dibandingkan pekerjaan System PERI dan dari segi waktu bekisting Steel Deck lebih cepat waktu pelaksanaannya dibandingkan dengan bekisting System PERI.
