Abstract

Human resources are one of the most influential factors in a job, including in construction work. a work of the slightest if not supported by good human resources in terms of quality and effectiveness, will not provide maximum and satisfactory results in a project. Even due to inappropriate use of human resources can result in a large loss of construction projects. In its implementation, the Southgate Tanjung Barat project experienced a deviation of structural work progress of -0.91. The research is to find out labor productivity. The research method used is field observation and if it is done to get the LUR value. The results obtained in this study were 56.14% in the lowest LUR value and 76.36% in the highest LUR value and LUR value for the group of workers with a result of 66.73% Keywords: Labor, LUR, Observation, Productivity Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam sebuah perkerjaan, termasuk dalam sebuah perkerjaan konstruksi. sebuah perkerjaan sekecil apapun apabila tidak didukung dengan sumber daya manusia yang bagus dalam hal kualitas dan efektivitas, tidak akan memberikan hasil yang maksimal dan memuaskan dalam sebuah proyek. Bahkan akibat penggunaan sumber daya manusia yang kurang tepat bisa mengakibatkan sebuah kerugian yang besar pada proyek konstruksi. Dalam pelaksanaanya proyek Southgate Tanjung Barat ini mengalami deviasi progress pekerjaan struktur sebesar -0,91. Adapun penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas tenaga kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan dan di olah untuk mendapatkan nilai LUR. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 56,14% pada nilai LUR yang terendah dan 76,36% pada nilai LUR tertinggi dan nilai LUR untuk kelompok pekerja dengan hasil 66,73% Kata Kunci : LUR, Observasi, Produktivitas, Tenaga kerja
