Abstract

Designing multi-storey building needs to pay attention closely to the impact of earthquake loads on structural action. The main principle in designing earthquake resistant building is to make the structure rigid and sturdy in resisting lateral forces. The higher the building, the greater the lateral force of the building. The dual system structure is combination of Moment Resisting Frame and Shearwall. With the addition of the shear wall will change the structural behaviour in a building. In previous study, it was found that the effective height of a shear wall only ranged from 0.875 to 0.9 of the building height. Because of this research entitled “Study of Shearwall Cross Section and Position Ratio Against the Absorption Force Lateral Style of Dual Structure Building” using only 87.5% of the shear wall height of the building height. This study uses the ETABS with data sources taken based on the location of the assumption structure in Jakarta and other data related to the structure taken based on SNI-1726: 2012 on Procedures for Planning Earthquake Resilience for Building and Non-Building Structures, SNI 2017: 2013 concerning Minimum Load for Building Design and Other Structures, SNI-2847: 2013 concerning Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings. Based on research an data analysis that has been done on rectangular building with width of 30 floors, it is concluded that the increasing the ratio of the shearwall, the quantity of shearwall absorbs the shear wall absorbs the shear force is also greater. But the intersection between floors and displacement increases the ratio is not very influential. Shearwall layout configuration is very influential on the value of the deviation between floors and the value of displacement. In each configuration with the same ratio, the quantity of shearwall absorption in absorbing shear forces varies. Keyword : Absorption; Shear Wall; Layout; Thick; Dual System. Merancang gedung bertingkat perlu memperhatikan dampak akibat beban gempa terhadap kinerja struktur . Prinsip utama dalam perancangan bangunan tahan gempa ialah membuat struktur kaku dan kuat dalam menahan gaya lateral. Semakin tinggi bangunan maka semakin besar pula gaya lateral bangunan tersebut. Bangunan sistem ganda adalah gabungan dari Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen dengan Dinding Geser. Dengan adanya penambahan dinding geser ini tentu saja akan merubah perilaku struktur pad suatu gedung. Pada suatu penelitian didapatkan bahwa ketinggian efektif suatu dinding geser hanya bekisar 0,875 sampai dengan 0,95 tinggi bangunan. Oleh karena penelitian ini yang berjudul “Kajian Rasio Penampang Dan Posisi Dinding Geser Terhadap Daya Serap Gaya Lateral Bangunan Stuktur Ganda” dengan hanya menggunakan 87,5 % tinggi dinding geser dari tinggi bangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi ETABS dengan sumber data-data yang diambil berdasarkan lokasi pembangunan asumsi yaitu di Jakarta dan data-data lain terkait struktur diambil bedasarkan SNI-1726:2012 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Gedung dan non�Gedung, SNI 1727:2013 tentang Beban Minimum untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain, SNI2847- 2013 tentang Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan pada gedung persegi Panjang bertapak lebar 30 lantai, diperoleh kesimpulan bahawa. Semakin meningkatnya rasio shearwall maka kuantitas shearwall menyerap gaya geser semakin besar pula. Namun pada simpangan antar lantai dan perpindahan meningkatnya rasio tidak terlalu berpengaruh. Konfigurasi tata letak shearwall sangat berpengaruh pada nilai simpangan antar lantai dan nilai perpindahan. Pada setiap kofigurasi dengan rasio yang sama kuantitas daya serap shearwall dalam menyerap gaya geser berbeda – beda. Kata kunci : Daya Serap; Dinding Geser; Letak; Tebal; Sistem Ganda
