Abstract

Important stages in an infrastructure construction project are the stages of planning and supervision. Project scheduling planning is one of the most influential aspects in terms of project delivery. Delays occur very often and occur in almost all projects. This happens because one of the methods of planning scheduling is not right. Proper scheduling methods and a good monitoring system can guarantee the success of project delivery. This study uses the M-PERT scheduling method, which is one of the scheduling methods developed from conventional PERT method by Pablo Ballesteros-Perez whose superiority is the better accuracy of the total duration of the project than the conventional PERT method. The supervision method for scheduling the construction of the Sunda Strait Bridge (JSS) was chosen using a Geographic Information System (GIS) because this method is able to integrate spatial information and non-spatial information. From the results of the study it was found that the estimated error rate of the duration of the project using M-PERT at an average duration of under 1%, while if compared with PERT the estimated error was around 29%. Making supervision models with GIS using ArcMap v.10.4.1 software. Keywords: Infrastructure, Sunda Strait Bridge (JSS), PERT, M-PERT, GIS Tahapan-tahapan penting dalam suatu proyek konstruksi infrastruktur adalah tahapan perencanaan dan pengawasan. Perencanaan penjadwalan proyek menjadi salah satu aspek yang sangat berpengaruh dalam hal delivery proyek. Keterlambatan sangat sering terjadi dan terjadi pada hampir semua proyek. Hal ini terjadi salah satunya karena metoda perencanaan penjadwalan yang kurang tepat. Metoda penjadwalan yang tepat dan sistem pengawasan yang baik dapat menjamin kesuksesan delivery proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda penjadwalan M-PERT, yaitu salah satu metoda penjadwalan yang dikembangkan dari metoda PERT konvensional oleh Pablo Ballesteros-Perez yang keunggulannya adalah akurasi durasi total proyek yang lebih baik dibandingkan metoda PERT konvensional. Metode pengawasan penjadwalan pembangunan Jembatan Selat Sunda (JSS) ini dipilih menggunakan Geographic Information System (GIS) karena metode ini mampu mengintegasikan informasi spasial dan informasi non-spasial. Dari hasil penelitian didapat tingkat kesalahan estimasi durasi proyek menggunakan M-PERT pada durasi rata-rata dibawah 1%, sementara jika dibandingkan dengan PERT kesalahan estimasi sebesar sekitar 29%. Pembuatan model pengawasan dengan GIS menggunakan perangkat lunak ArcMap v.10.4.1. Kata kunci: Infrastruktur, Jembatan Selat Sunda (JSS), PERT, M-PERT, GIS
