Abstract
Earned Value Concept is a concept that used to analysis performance and can be used to estimated a achievement of a product or target. Terms of a good performance are the suiteness of product according to the plan, both of cost and time. This concept is implemented in Sarihusada Project to gain cost and time which was held from August 2019 until Oktober 2019. The objective of this research is to obtain the estimated cost and time needed to complete the project and estimate total overall cost needed to complete the project. Sandwich Panel TFD 500 Sarihusada Project is scheduled to be completed within 120 days or 20 weeks with a contract value Rp. 3.641.851.400, including VAT. The result of the research up to 12 weeks are used to be a reference to estimated cost and time to complete the project. Most of the project activites have a CPI<1 and SPI<1, this indicated of performance is not good. Which means the project has been delayed. Key Words: Performance, Cost and Time, Earned Value Method Konsep Nilai Hasil merupakan suatu konsep yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kinerja dan dapat digunakan untuk memperkirakan pencapaian suatu produk atau sasaran. Proyek dapat dikatakan cukup baik jika produk memenuhi atau mampu menyesuaikan dengan yang sudah direncana, baik biaya maupun waktu. Konsep ini diterapkan pada penelitian analisis kinerja proyek konstruksi PT. Sarihusada terhadap biaya dan waktu yang berlangsung dari bulan Agustus 2019 sampai dengan Oktober 2019. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkiraan biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan sisa pekerjaan dan perkiraan total biaya keseluruhan yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Pekerjaan Proyek Konstruksi Sandwich Panel TFD 500 Sarihusada dijadwalkan selesai dalam waktu 120 hari atau 20 minggu dengan nilai kontrak Rp. 3.641.851.400., termasuk Ppn. Hasil penelitian sampai dengan minggu ke-12 dijadikan acuan untuk menghitung perkiraan biaya dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Sebagian besar kegiatan proyek memiliki CPI<1 dan SPI<1, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja proyek kurang baik, dari ketepatan waktu dan biaya yang tidak sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Yang berarti proyek mengalami keterlambatan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Biaya dan Waktu, Metode Earned Value
