Abstract
The development of increasingly advanced technology makes things easier and more efficient, the presence of BIM technology in the world of Indonesian construction supports new things. BIM technology makes construction work easy by creating 3D models that provide accurate information, but applying it is still not perfect, obtained by several factors which become obstacles. In the South Sulawesi project, the construction of a Boiler House Structure that has implemented BIM technology corrects delays. Evaluation of BIM technology was carried out in order to obtain an inhibiting factor on time performance. From the S Curve data the work plan starts on October 25, 2019 and ends on May 02 2019 but the actual progress data results only reach 84.6% on May 02 2019 and makes the project decrease by 15.4% of the total work progress. In conducting this analysis, questionnaires and field observations are carried out on related parties. To obtain the required data, after all obtained, the data analysis uses the SPSS program using Descriptive Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, t Test, F Test, Coefficient of Determination, and Residual Test. From the analysis results obtained the value of inhibiting factors on BIM on time performance Based on multiple linear regression analysis in obtaining dominant factors on BIM technology inhibitors of time performance namely Organizational factors, technical factors, personal factors, process factors, managerial factors, technological factors, policy, and legality factors. . Keywords: BIM technology, time performance delay, SPSS, Questionnaire, S curve, Construction Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju membuat segala hal menjadi lebih mudah dan efisien, hadirnya Teknologi BIM didalam dunia konstruksi diindonesia bukanlah hal baru lagi. Teknologi BIM yang membuat pekerjaan konstruksi semakin mudah dengan cara pembuatan model 3D memberikan informasi yang akurat namun penerapannya masihlah belum sempurna dikarenkan beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat. Pada proyek Sulsel barru2 pembuatan Boiler House Structure yang sudah menerapkan teknologi BIM mengalami keterlambatan. Evaluasi teknologi BIM pun dilakukan demi mendapatkan faktor penghambat terhadap kinerja waktu. Dari data Kurva S rencana pekerjaan dimulai tanggal 25 oktober 2019 dan berakhir tanggal 02 mei 2019 namun pada hasil data actual progres hanya mencapai 84.6% pada tanggal 02 mei 2019 dan membuat proyek terlambat sebanyak 15.4% total progres pekerjaan. Dalam melakukan analisis ini dilakukan kuesioner dan observasi lapangan terhadap pihak terkait demi mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan, setelah semua didapatkan maka data di analisis menggunakan program SPSS dengan menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji t, Uji F, Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Residual. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan nilai faktor penghambat pada BIM terhadap kinerja waktu berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda di dapatkan faktor-faktor dominan terhadap penghambat teknologi BIM terhadap kinerja waktu yaitu faktor Organiasi, factor teknikal, faktor personal, faktor proses, faktor manajerial, faktor teknologi, faktor kebijakan, dan faktor legalitas. .
