Abstract

This research will focus on the crisis management strategies that are owned, designed, and implemented by PT Media Sport Indonesia in dealing with subpoena that sent by the Indonesian football club, Bhayangkara FC, regarding news that is not in accordance with facts and is detrimental. This research uses a constructivist paradigm and this type of research is descriptive qualitative using a case study research method that aims to systematically explain a fact carefully. Data collection techniques using primary and secondary data. Researchers used an approach and interviews with key informants and supporting informants to find out what the problem was. There were four informants who were interviewed for this research. In data collection techniques, there are two types of data sources that can be used as research. The main data sources in this study are primary and secondary data. In this study, the primary data obtained by researchers came from PT Media Sport Indonesia through an interview process. Secondary data for this study were obtained from previous sources, such as theses and scientific journals related to the theme of literature study. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, and data confirmation. The data validity technique of the researcher used Source Triangulation to test the credibility of the data by checking the data that had been obtained through several sources. The results showed that PT Media Sport Indonesia used a Consensus-Oriented Public Relations (COPR) crisis resolution model. In order to prove the seriousness of the apology and not repeat the reporting errors and restore good relations with Bhayangkara FC who gave summons. Penelitian ini akan berfokus kepada strategi manajemen krisis yang dimiliki, dirancang, dan diterapkan PT Media Sport Indonesia dalam menangani somasi yang dilayangkan oleh klub sepak bola Indonesia, Bhayangkara FC terkait pemberitaan yang tak sesuai fakta dan merugikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dan tipe penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus yang bertujuan menjelaskan secara sistematis suatu fakta secara cermat. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan dan wawancara kepada key informan dan informan pendukung untuk mencari tahu duduk permasalahan. Ada empat orang informan yang diwawancarai untuk penelitian ini, Dalam teknik pengumpulan data terdapat dua jenis sumber data yang dapat digunakan sebagai penelitian. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer dan sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini data primer yang didapatkan peneliti berasal dari Perusahaan PT Media Sport Indonesia melalui proses wawancara, Data sekunder untuk penelitian ini diperoleh dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, seperti skripsi, dan jurnal ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan tema studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penegasan data. Teknik validitas data peneliti menggunakan Triangulasi Sumber untuk menguji kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan cara mengecek data yang telah diperoleh melalui beberapa sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PT Media Sport Indonesia menggunakan model penyelesaian krisis secara Consensus-Oriented Public Relations (COPR). Demi membuktikan keseriusan permintaan maaf dan tak mengulangi kesalahan pemberitaan dan mengembalikan hubungan baik dengan Bhayangkara FC yang memberikan somasi.
