Abstract

Entrepreneurial interest is an individual's desire to act based on a certain behavior by choosing a career as an entrepreneur, taking entrepreneurial action by creating a business through business opportunities and taking risks. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and the school environment on interest in entrepreneurship with self-efficacy as a mediation (Case Study of SMK PUSTEK, Multimedia Department, South Tangerang). This research is a quantitative research with all students of class XII majoring in Multimedia for the 2020-2021 academic year as many as 85 people as a population. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling, namely saturated samples. Data collection uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses the path analysis method (Path Model) with the help of SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The results of entrepreneurial education research have a significant positive effect on self-efficacy. The school environment has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy. Entrepreneurship education has a significant positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The school environment has a significant positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Self-efficacy significantly mediates entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship. Self-efficacy significantly mediates the school environment on interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Education, School Environment, Self Efficacy, Entrepreneurial interest. Vocational School Minat Berwirausaha merupakan keinginan individu untuk bertindak berdasarkan suatu perilaku tertentu dengan memilih karir sebagai wirausahawan, melakukan tindakan wirausaha dengan menciptakan usaha melalui peluang bisnis dan pengambilan risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan efikasi diri sebagai mediasi (Studi Kasus SMK PUSTEK Jurusan Multimedia, Tangerang Selatan). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan seluruh peserta didik kelas XII jurusan Multimedia tahun pelajaran 2020-2021 sebanyak 85 orang sebagai populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknis analisis data menggunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Model) dengan bantuan SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri. Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri. Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Efikasi diri secara signifikan memediasi variabel pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Efikasi diri secara signifikan memediasi lingkungan sekolah terhadap minat berwirausaha. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Lingkungan Sekolah, Efikasi Diri, Minat Berwirausaha
