Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Self Compassion on Resilience in adolescents with divorced parents. Research subjects were 410 teenagers in DKI Jakarta using incidental sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using the Self Compassion (SCS) scale from Neff (2003) and the resilience scale from Reivich and Shatte (2002). Each has a reliability of 0.828 for the self compassion scale and 0.755 for the resilience scale. To test the hypothesis the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the effect of self compassion on resilience was 44.5%. Keywords: Self Compassion, Resilience Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara Self Compassion terhadap Resiliensi pada remaja dengan orang tua bercerai. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 410 remaja yang berada di DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan teknik Sampling Insidental. Pengumpulan data dilakukang dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala Self Compassion (SCS)dari Neff (2003) dan skala resiliensi dari Reivich and Shatte (2002). Masing-masing memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,828 untuk skala self compassion dan 0,755 untuk skala resiliensi. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan teknik analisis data yaitu regresi linier sederhana. Dari hasil analisis data, ditemukan hasil bahwa pengaruh self compassion terhadap resiliensi sebesar 44,5% . Kata kunci : Self Compassion, Resiliensi
