Abstract

Activities of moving and transporting grease pulzar at PT. Pelita Inti Sejahtera using manual handling without any tools. Manual handling has a high risk in the occurrence of MSDs complaints. The purpose of this study besides discussing the risk of danger is to provide suggestions for improvement for this company in order to reduce the risk of injury for the majority of musculoskeletal injuries. The analysis uses Nordic Body Map to contain the complaints suffered by the operator and SOFI (Swedish Occuptional Fatigue Index) to identify operator fatigue, REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) to determine the level of risk of the work. Based on the results of Nordic Body Map showed the highest operator complaints, on the body parts of the neck, arms, hands, and hands. SOFI shows a score of 21 (high score of fatigue) on the dimensions of physical discomfort. Activity 5 removal of the grease pulzar REBA scores obtained 9 (high risk level), activity 6 REBA scores obtained 7 (moderate risk), in activity 7 REBA scores obtained 11 (very high risk). High level of risk must be immediately corrected. After improving the work position in activity 5 the REBA score decreased by around 44% from the initial risk, in activities 6 and 7 the work design improved using adjusted lift table REBA score decreased by around 90% from the initial results. Pelita Inti Sejahtera dilakukan secara manual tanpa bantuan alat apapun. Operator harus memindah dan mengangkut grease pulzar dengan berat 15-30 kg. Manual handling memiliki risiko tinggi didalam terjadinya keluhan MSDs. Tujuan penelitian ini selain menilai risiko kerja adalah memberikan saran perbaikan untuk perusahaan ini guna menurunkan risiko cidera bagi operator terutama cidera musculoskeletal. Analisis menggunakan Nordic Body Map untuk mengidentifikasi keluhan yang dirasakan operator dan SOFI (Swedish Occuptional Fatigue Index) untuk mengidentifikasi kelelahan operator, REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) untuk mengetahui level risiko pekerjaan operator. Nordic Body Map menunjukkan adanya keluhan operator tertinggi yaitu pada bagian tubuh leher, lengan, pergelangan tangan, dan tangan. Kuisioner SOFI menunjukkan skor 21 (kelelahan tinggi) pada dimensi ketidaknyamanan fisik. Hasil REBA aktivitas 5 pemindahan mendapatkan skor 9 (high risk), aktivitas 6 mendapatkan skor 7 (moderate risk), dan aktivitas 7 mendapatkan skor 11 (very high risk). Setelah dilakukan perbaikan posisi kerja pada aktivitas 5 skor REBA berkurang 44% dari risiko awal, pada aktivitas 6 dan 7 perbaikan design kerja menggunakan adjusted lift table skor REBA berkurang hingga 90% dari risiko awal.
