Abstract

Project X is scheduled to be completed within 150 calendar days or 22 weeks with a contract value of Rp 8,408,174,343. However, the 15th week's review showed that the realization of the progress of project X was delayed. This time delay can result in increased time and cost overruns in the project. Therefore it is necessary to control the time and cost of the project. In this study using the Earned Value method, which can be used to find out how the project is performing and to know the project completion forecast based on time and cost. The results of the study at the 15th-week review of the implementation of project X in terms of costs are shown with a CPI index value of 1.55 (> 1), which shows the costs incurred are smaller than the budgeted costs until that time period. While in terms of the time it is indicated by the SPI index value of 0.65 (<1), which indicates the occurrence of delays in project implementation until that time period. Then the estimated total project cost until the end of the implementation is shown with an EAC value of Rp. 7,620,280,260, this value is smaller than the total value of the project, which is Rp. 8,408,174,343, so that it can be said that in terms of project cost X is more efficient or profitable. While the total project completion time is indicated by an EAS value of 25 weeks, the value is greater than the total project time value of 22 weeks, so that it can be said in terms of project X time has been delayed. From these results, it is very helpful for PT Serut Karya Indah to look for factors that influence delays and then immediately discuss solutions with the project owner. Pelaksanaan proyek X dijadwalkan selesai dalam waktu 150 hari kalender atau 22 minggu dengan nilai kontrak Rp 8.408.174.343. Namun pada peninjauan minggu ke-15 menunjukan realisasi progres pelaksanaan proyek X mengalami keterlambatan. Keterlambatan waktu tersebut dapat mengakibatkan pertambahan waktu dan pembengkakan biaya pada proyek. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pengendalian waktu dan biaya pada proyek. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Earned Value, yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja proyek dan mengetahui prakiraan penyelesaian proyek berdasarkan waktu dan biaya. Hasil penelitian pada peninjauan minggu ke-15 pelaksanaan proyek X dari sisi biaya ditunjukan dengan nilai indeks CPI sebesar 1,55 (>1), yang menunjukan biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih kecil dari biaya yang dianggarkan sampai periode waktu tersebut. Sedangkan dari sisi waktu ditunjukan dengan nilai indeks SPI sebesar 0,65 (<1), yang menunjukan terjadinya keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek sampai periode waktu tersebut. Kemudian prakiraan total biaya proyek sampai akhir pelaksanaan ditunjukan dengan nilai EAC sebesar Rp 7.620.280.261, nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai total proyek yaitu Rp 8.408.174.343, sehingga dapat dikatakan dari sisi biaya proyek X lebih hemat atau mengalami keuntungan. Sedangkan total waktu penyelesaian proyek ditunjukan dengan nilai EAS sebesar 25 minggu, nilai tersebut lebih besar dari nilai total waktu proyek yaitu 22 minggu, sehingga dapat dikatakan dari sisi waktu proyek X mengalami keterlambatan. Dari hasil tersebut sangat membantu PT Serut Karya Indah untuk mencari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan untuk kemudian segera mendiskusikan solusi dengan pemilik proyek.
