Abstract

Problems in the clean water network are complex, and the problem of infrastructure leakage needs a mitigation strategy that makes easier for decision makers to solve the leakage problem that occurs. If the decision maker has the adequate mitigation strategy, the management and maintenance of infrastructure will be more optimal. To simplify the mitigation strategy design process, a complete and accurate visual description of the condition of the clean water infrastructure network area data is designed and the variables listed therein using the Geographic Information System (GIS) assisted and used to find out in detail the layout, length of the distribution network and constraints. The results of this study are a leakage mitigation strategy by assessing the quality of infrastructure (leakage index) assisted by a geographic information system (GIS) that makes it easier for decision makers to sort out problems, determine priorities with AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), determine the impact of further leakage and find out alternative strategies to resolve the leak. Keyword : Infrastucture Leakage, Geographic Information System (GIS), Infrastructure Leakage Index (ILI) , Water Loss Permasalahan pada jaringan air bersih adalah komplek dan masalah kebocoran infrastruktur perlu dibuat strategi mitigasi yang memudahkan para pengambil keputusan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan kebocoran yang terjadi. Jika pengambil keputusan memiliki strategi mitigasi yang tepat maka pengelolaan dan perawatan infrastruktur akan lebih optimal. Untuk mempermudah proses perancangan strategi mitigasi maka dirancang suatu gambaran visual yang lengkap dan akurat dari data kondisi wilayah jaringan infrastruktur air bersih beserta variabel yang tercantum didalamnya dengan menggunakan Geographic Infromation System (GIS) dan digunakan untuk mengetahui secara detail tata letak, panjang jaringan distribusi serta kendala-kendala lapangan lainnya yang perlu segera ditangani dan diprioritaskan pada perancangan mitigasi kebocoran. Hasil penelitian ini adalah suatu strategi mitigasi kebocoran dengan menilai mutu infrastruktur (indeks kebocoran) berbantuan sistem informasi geografis (GIS) yang memudahkan para pengambil keputusan untuk memilah permasalahan, menentukan skala prioritas dengan AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) , mengetahui dampak akibat lanjut kebocoran dan mengetahui alternatif strategi untuk menyelesaikan kebocoran tersebut. Kata kunci: Kebocoran Infrastruktur, Geographic Information System, Infrastructure Leakage Index (ILI), Water Loss.
