Abstract

Indonesia has a tourism sector that is growing very rapidly. Indonesia's wealth of culture and natural potential makes Indonesia one of the world's tourist destinations, therefore the government, especially the ministry of tourism is aggressively developing in areas that have tourism potential. The ministry of tourism has a target of 17 million. foreign tourist visits through promotional activities and sales of attractive tour packages in 18 leading destinations in the country in 2020. This program is carried out in order to boost tourism in Indonesia. With the attention of the tourism sector in Indonesia, the need for hotels and Villla accommodation is increasing. too. A well-managed tourism sector can make a large contribution to national development, this will have an impact on the country's foreign exchange earnings. Development of the tourism sector in the regions also encourages blood development and introduces the natural potential and cultural values that exist in the area. can also develop the economy of the community around the construction site by opening new jobs. Keyword : Hotel and Villa, Tourism Indonesia memiliki sektor pariwisata yang berkembang dengan sangat pesat.Kekayaan Indonesia akan budaya dan potensi alamnya menjadikan Indonesia sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata dunia,oleh karena itu pemerintah khususnya kementrian pariwisata sedang gencar melakukan pembanguann di wilayah yang memilik potensi pariwisata .Kementrian pariwisata memilik target 17 juta kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara melalui kegiatan promosi dan penjualan paket-paket wisata menarik di 18 destinasi unggulan di Tanah Air di tahun 2020.Progam ini dilaksanankan agar mendongkrak pariwisata di Indonesia.Dengan semakin diperhatiakn sector pariwisata di Indonesia,kebutuhan akan tempat penginapan Hotel dan Villla semakin meningkat juga. Sektor pariwisata yang dikelola dengan baik dapat memberikan konstribusi yang besar tehadap pembangunan nasional,hal ini akan berdampak pada pemasukan devisa negara.Pembangunan sektor pariwisata di daerah-daerah juga mendorong pembangunan darah serta memperkenalkan potensi alam dan nilai budaya yang ada di daerah tersebut.Hal ini juga dapat mengembangkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar lokasi pembangunan dengan membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru .
