Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of Work Life Balance, Time Demnd of Work and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Respondents in this study were employees of PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. This research was conducted on 53 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that the ttest of Work Life Balance, Time Demand of Work and Compensation has a positive effect on Turnover Intention at PT.Protindo, South Jakarta. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Time Demand of Work, Compensation, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work Life Balance, Time Demand of Work dan Kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention di PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 53 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t Work Life Balance, Time Demand of Work dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Turn over Intention di PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan.
