Abstract

PT Value Quest, sebuah perusahaan di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang jasa konsultan IT untuk memberikan layanan yang dapat diandalkan dan solusi untuk memenuhi harapan client. Konsultan profesional yang memiliki pengetahuan yang luas seperti dari berbagai latar belakang industri akan memberikan solusi yang sangat baik untuk client. Sebagai perusahaan di bidang jasa konsultan dengan memberikan pelayanan jasa dan solusi terhadap clientnya, PT Value Quest harus memiliki karyawan yang motivasi kerjanya tinggi agar perusahaan dapat mencapai target dan tujuannya dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan IT lainnya. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari kegiatan-kegiatan employee relations yang rutin dilaksanakan oleh PT Value Quest. Kegiatan yang sudah dirancang dan dilaksanakan tersebut apakah dapat memotivasi kerja para karyawan sehingga mereka lebih giat dalam bekerja dan mampu menghasilkan produk-produk yang berkualitas. Peneliti menggunakan metode teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji bivariate dan regresi linear sederhana. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah program Employee Relations berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT Value Quest. Hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil uji t dan regresi linear sederhana yang menyatakan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel, ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dan besarnya nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 0,495, artinya ada pengaruh program Employee Relations sebesar 49,5 % dan sisanya 50,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak peneliti libatkan pada penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: employee relations, pengaruh, motivasi kerja PT Value Quest, a company in Indonesia engaged in IT consulting services to provide reliable services and solutions to meet the expectations of the client. Professional consultants who have extensive knowledge such as from various background industries will provide an excellent solution for the client. As a company in the field of consulting services by providing services and solutions to its client, PT Value Quest must have employees whose high motivation work so that the company can achieve its target and its objectives can compete with Other IT companies. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of employee relations activities that are routinely implemented by PT Value Quest. Activities that have been designed and implemented whether to motivate employees ' work so that they are more active in working and able to produce quality products. Researchers using the method of sampling techniques in this study were total sampling. The data analysis techniques used are bivariate tests and simple linear regression. The conclusion that can be taken from this study is the Employee Relations program affects the motivation of employee work of PT Value Quest. It is seen from the test results of T and a simple linear regression that states that the value of T counts > T table, this means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. And the magnitude of the value of coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.495, meaning there is an influence of Employee Relations program of 49.5% and the remaining 50.5% is influenced by other variables that are not researchers involve in this research.
