Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. SBM Serba Food, Binong, Tangerang Regency. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. SBM Serba Food, Binong, Tangerang Regency. This research was conducted on 57 respondents using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that the t test of Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. SBM Serba Food, Binong, Tangerang Regency. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. SBM Serba Food, Binong, Kabupaten Tangerang. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. SBM Serba Food, Binong, Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 57 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.
