Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of Workload, Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Commitment at PT.Protindo South Jakarta. Respondents in this study were employees of PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. This research was conducted on 53 respondents using a quantitative approach. Data analysis using a quantitative descriptive approach. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS 3.0 analysis tool. These results indicate that Workload, Work Environment and Compensation have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment at PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, Compensation, Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Komitmen Karyawan di PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 53 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Kata Knci : Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi
