Abstract

In a way to made a production procurement for bakery and cake, Trans Retail Indonesia Corporation giving a trust to another company. Although, in fact process of procure a things somehow finds a problems. In this reasearch, the problem appear from PT.A as a main supplier of frying oil can’t delivery in some of store moslty on East Indonesia and Sumatera Batam. So the proceess of making the cake and bakery was unavailable. Therefore, the needs of how to selecting supplier and evaluation are mos importnt things in order to secure the procurement of frying oil. The process of evaluate and selectin supplier in this research are using AHP (analytical hierarchy process) to rank the criteria and sub.criteria as poin of evaluate the supplier. The supplier will be proceed by technique for order preference by similiarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) methods. Based on the calculation of AHP methods, the main criteria is quality with 0,20 or 20%, and the sub.criteria is K2 ( how efective the product on the use) with 0,15 or 15% score. The choosen supplier is PT.A with 0,85 or 35% from percentage. from that, hope that can be used by a company with similiar type of business. Keywords: Main Supplier, Criteria, Sub.Criteria, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Frying Oil, Technique for order preference by similiarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) Dalam mengadakan produksi bahan baku roti dan kue, PT.Trans Retail Indonesia mempercayakan kepada pihak lain dalam melakukannya.Dalam melakukan pengadaan bahan baku tersebut kerap kali mengalami kendala. Pada penelitian ini, masalah muncul karna PT.A sebagai supplier utama bahan baku frying oil tidak dapat mengirim menuju store, yang mayoritas store tersebut berada didaerah East Indonesia dan Sumatera Batam. Sehingga proses pembuatan kue dan roti kerap terganggu pada store tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk ,proses evaluasi dan pemilihan supplier utama agar proses pengadaan bahan baku frying oil dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat mengurangi kendala yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini, proses pemilihan supplier kali ini menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dalam melakukan pemeringkatan tingkat kepentingan kriteria dan sub.kriteria sebagai tolak ukur evaluasi dan pemeringkatan supplier. Untuk tingkat alternatif atau pilihan dari supplier untuk dijadikan sebagai supplier utama, menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode AHP didapatkan kriteria utama yaitu kriteria kualitas dengan bobot 0,20 atau 20%, dengan sub.kriteria K2 (seberapa efektif produk pada saat digunakan) berbobot 0,15 atau 15%. Sementara supplier terpilih berdasarkan metode TOPSIS adalah PT.A dengan bobot 0,85 atau 35% dari presentase keseluruhan. Dari hasil tersebut diharapkan dapat berguna dalam memilih supplier utama dalam perusahaan sejenis.
