Abstract
In piping and civil utilities construction activities there is always the potential for risk to arise, therefore risk management is very necessary for the smooth running of the project by conducting risk management analysis and mitigation action designs. This research was conducted by using a model House of Risk (HOR) application consisting of 2 phases. The first phase is the identification of risk events and agents of risk and the second phase is the handling of risks. After the research was conducted, the results showed that there were 5 mitigation actions that could be used in the hope of being able to mitigate risks in piping and civilian construction utilities, namely by forming QA/QC independently/cooperation, conducting testing or testing with applicable provisions, implementing quality management system an ISO 9001: 2015, reviewing contracts, and conducting training on procedures and standards that apply regularly. Dalam aktivitas konstruksi utilitas piping dan sipil selalu berpotensi untuk timbul risiko, oleh sebab itu manajemen risiko sangat diperlukan untuk kelancaran proyek dengan melakukan analisis manajemen risiko dan rancangan aksi mitigasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi model house of risk (HOR) yang terdiri dari 2 fase. Fase pertama adalah pengidentifikasian kejadian risiko dan sumber risiko dan fase kedua yaitu penanganan risiko. Setelah dilakukan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat 5 aksi mitigasi yang dapat digunakan dengan harapan mampu memitigasi risiko pada konstruksi utilitas piping dan sipil yaitu dengan membentuk QA/QC secara independen/kerjasama,melakukan pengujian atau pengetesan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015, peninjauan kontrak, dan melakukan pelatihan mengenai prosedur dan standar yang berlaku secara berkala.
