Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah hubungan kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Citra Harum Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden.. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan cara menganalisa data melalui aplikasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan CV. Citra Harum Jakarta, sedangkan variabel komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. The type of research used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Citra Harum Jakarta. The sample used was 50 respondents. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis by analyzing data through the Partial Least Square (PLS) application with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work motivation and work environment affect the performance of employees in employees of CV. Citra Harum Jakarta, while the variable organizational commitment does not affect employee performance on the CV.
