Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, ambiguitas peran dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independent yaitu budaya organisasi, ambiguitas peran, komunikasi organisasi variabel dependen nya adalah kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Solusi Teknologi Niaga Jakarta, penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan kuesioner berbentuk skala likert. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart- PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan ambiguitas peran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : budaya organisasi, ambiguitas peran dan komunikasi organisasi This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, role ambiguity and organizational communication on employee performance. This analysis uses independent variables, namely organizational culture, role ambiguity, organizational communication, the dependent variable is employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Jakarta Commercial Technology Solutions, this study was conducted on 80 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The method of data collection is done by using a Likert scale questionnaire. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while role ambiguity has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
