Abstract
Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterikatan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 90 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara keterikatan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel keterikatan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kata Kunci: Keterikatan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The main objective of this research is to study the effect of work engagement, organizational commitment and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta by using quantitative descriptive. The data in this study were obtained from 90 respondents who were employees of PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta. Data analysis in this study uses an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely partial least square (PLS). The first step in this study was to test the validity of each question raised with its reliability. The second stage determines the relationship between work engagement, organizational commitment and transformational leadership on the behavior of organizational citizens. The results of this study stated that the variables of work engagement, organizational commitment and transformational leadership had positive and significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior.
