Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee turnover intentions at the Head Office at PT XYZ. The population of this study is employees who work in the Head Office at PT XYZ which amounted to 187 people, the number of samples in this study can be 120 employees using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling method. The primary data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale with questionnaires. Testing the validity and reliability using the Pearson product moment test and Cronbach Alpha statistics. The analytical method to answer the hypothesis uses simple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results show that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intentions at the Head Office at PT XYZ of -0.258. This states that in an effort to reduce turnover intentions influenced by employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Job satisfaction, Turnover Intentions, PT XYZ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intentions karyawan di Head Office pada PT XYZ. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Head Office pada PT XYZ dimana berjumlah 187 orang, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini dapat 120 karyawan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data primer berupa kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan uji pearson product moment dan statistik Cronbach Alpha. Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intentions karyawan di Head Office pada PT XYZ sebesar -0,258. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa dalam upaya mengurangi turnover intentions dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kepuasan kerja, Turnover Intentions, PT XYZ
