Abstract
The objective of this study is to check and find out the correlations and effect of leadership style, organization culture, and job satisfaction to the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Sampling technique of this study is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. From population of 264 teachers, 90 sample data was taken to be analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Result of the study found that simultaneously the leadership style, organization culture, and job satisfaction give an influence of 39%. Whereas partially leadership style has a low correlation, organization culture and job satisfaction have moderate correlation to OCB. Moreover these three variables have a positive and significant influence to the OCB. From questionaire analysis, it was found that leadership style is a team leader, organization culture is a mix between clan and hierarchy. Salary and management support are less satisfied compare others. For OCB, only aspect of sportsmanship reveal less strong. Keywords: Leadership Style, Organization Culture, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Dari populasi sebanyak 264 guru, diambil sampel sebanyak 90 data untuk dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 39%. Sedangkan secara sendiri-sendiri, gaya kepemimpinan memiliki korelasi yang rendah, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memiliki korelasi sedang terhadap OCB. Selain itu ketiga variabel ini memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilakuOCB. Dari analisis kuesioner, ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang berlaku adalah gaya team leader, budaya organisasinya adalah campuran antara klan dan hirarki. Gaji dan Dukungan Manajemen kurang memuaskan dibandingkan aspek yang lain. Untuk OCB, hanya aspek sportivitas yang menunjukkan kurang kuat.
