Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the influence of discipline, work motivation and compensation on the performance of Cikarang's dynamics development foundation (YPPD) employees. The research data used are primary data from questionnaires and secondary data derived from data from five levels of kindergarten, elementary, junior high, vocational and tertiary schools. The sampling method used was a saturated sample method with a population of 101 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are positive and significant effect of discipline, work motivation, compensation on employee performancevariables, either partially or simultaneously. In addition, compensation variables is the most significant variables affecting employee performance. Thus, the suggestion of this research is expected the management can provide stimuli (stimulus) to the employees in improving the quality and quantity of the work through the award of achievement and sanction for the action of indisipliner and create a safe and comfortable working environment for employees in doing work activities. Keywords: Discipline, Work Motivation, Compensation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh disiplin, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yayasan pengembangan dinamika (YPPD) Cikarang. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari kuisoner dan data sekunder yang berasal dari data lima jenjang sekolah TK, SD, SMP, SMK dan Perguruan Tinggi. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh yang jumlah populasi 101 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel disiplin, motivasi kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Selain itu, variabel kompensasi merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, saran untuk penelitian ini diharapkan pihak manajemen bisa memberikan stimuli (rangsangan) kepada para karyawan dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil kerja melalui pemberian penghargaan atas prestasi dan pemberian sanksi atas tindakan indisipliner serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman bagi para karyawan dalam melaksanakan aktivitas kerja.
