Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of leadership style applied in PT Chandra Putra Kharisma to influence its employees. This research was conducted at PT Chandra Putera Kharisma with a population of 55 people, consisting of 50 factory workers, 1 administrative part, 1 treasurer, 1 driver, and 1 engineer technician supervisor. This study uses a type of qualitative research method with data retrieval techniques carried out by triangulation (combined) and the data analysis process using the Interactive Data Analysis model from Miles and Huberman. The results of this study are that the leadership style applied by leaders at PT Chandra Putera Kharisma is an Authoritarian Leadership Style. Advice from the author is that leaders often meet face-to-face with employees and communicate, so that the work environment becomes more comfortable and work pressure decreases Keywords: Electability, Leadership Style Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di PT Chandra Putra Kharisma untuk mempengaruhi karyawannya. Penelitian ini di lakukan di PT Chandra Putera Kharisma dengan populasi 55orang, yang terdiri dari 50 orang buruh pabrik, 1 orang bagian administrasi, 1 orang bagian bendahara, 1 orang supir, dan 1 orang supervisor bagian teknisi mesin. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan) dan proses analisa data menggunakan model Analisa Data Interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin di PT Chandra Putera Kharisma adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan Otoriter. Saran dari penulis adalah pemimpin lebih sering bertemu muka dengan para karyawan dan berkomunikasi, sehingga lingkungan kerja menjadi lebih nyaman dan tekanan kerja menjadi menurun.
