Abstract
The development of service station is supporting facilities for the operation and aims to optimize and maintenance. These supporting facilities function for the maintenance of supporting equipment for the addition of an overhead crane with a capacity of 10 tons. Evaluation of the structure of the building in the case is focused on the ability of structural elements beams and columns due to change load. This was applied to ascertain whether the existing structure is still quite able to accept the modeling of the static and dynamic loads. Assessment steel frame structure existing according to the concept LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) in SNI 1729: 2015. Modeling using SAP 2000 V20. The calculation of the loads include : dead load, super imposed dead load, live load, wind load, earthquake load and moving load. After check the capacity and control of the structure, with the control of compressive strength, flexural strength, shear strength and deflection according to SNI 1729-2015, column existing are not able to withstand the extra load to the overhead crane capacity of 10 tons, ØPn = 1256,78 kN < Pu = 1341 kN, ØMn = 101,9 kN < Mu = 116.66, required reinforcement of the column using the profile of king cross. Results the analysis shows the time shakes of structures obtained TCX 1,216 seconds and TCY 0,904 seconds, where the participation of the mass range already exceeds 90%, namely by 99,50% (Vdynamic Of > 0.85 Vstatic). Story drift and the effects of P-delta obtained the result that the structure is safe within the permit according to SNI 1726- 2019. Keywords : Overhead Crane, Runway Beam, Evaluation Structure, Reinforcement Structure Pengembangan service station merupakan fasilitas pendukung untuk pengoperasian serta bertujuan mengoptimalkan operasional dan maintenance. Fasilitas pendukung tersebut berfungsi untuk maintenance peralatan penunjang sehingga adanya penambahan overhead crane kapasitas 10 ton. Evaluasi terhadap struktur bangunan pada kasus ini dititikberatkan pada kemampuan elemen struktur balok dan kolom akibat perubahan pembebanan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memastikan apakah kondisi elemen struktur eksisting masih cukup mampu untuk menerima pemodelan beban statik dan beban dinamik. Assessment struktur rangka baja eksisting sesuai dengan konsep LRFD (Load and Resistance Factor Design) pada SNI 1729:2015. Pemodelan menggunakan program bantu SAP 2000 V20. Perhitungan beban meliputi : beban mati, beban mati tambahan, beban hidup, beban angin, beban gempa dan moving load. Setelah melakukan kontrol kapasitas struktur yaitu dengan kontrol kuat tekan, kuat lentur, kuat geser dan lendutan sesuai SNI 1729-2015, kolom eksisting tidak mampu untuk menahan beban tambahan terhadap overhead crane kapasitas 10 ton, ØPn = 1256,78 kN < Pu = 1341 kN, ØMn = 101,9 kN < Mu = 116,66, sehingga diperlukan perkuatan kolom menggunakan profil king cross. Hasil analisis menunjukkan waktu getar alami struktur di dapat TCX 1,216 detik dan TCY 0,904 detik, dimana partisipasi massa ragam sudah melebihi 90% yaitu sebesar 99,50% (Vdinamik > 0,85Vstatik). Simpangan antar lantai dan analisis terhadap efek P-delta didapatkan hasil bahwa struktur aman dalam batas izin sesuai SNI 1726-2019.
