Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of creativity, leadership and organizational culture on the organizational innovation of the Education and Training Centers of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative approach, which became the population and directly used as samples in this study were 60 (sixty) State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Education and Training Centers of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire survey instrument was submitted to all State Civil Apparatus of the Education and Training Centers of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics. The method of analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis, testing classic assumptions, testing the validity and reliability of data and testing hypotheses with multiple linear regression analysis techniques that are processed using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination produces an adjusted R Square value of 0.512 or 51.2%, this shows the influence of organizational creativity, leadership and organizational variables on organizational innovation, while the remaining 48.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as motivation, employee performance, compensation. The results of this study indicate creativity, leadership and organizational culture influence the organizational innovation of the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Communications and Informatics. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kreativitas, kepemimpinan serta budaya organisasi terhadap inovasi organisasi Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang menjadi populasi dan langsung dijadikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 0 (e n a m p u l u h ) Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan instrumen kuesioner. Instrumen survei kuesioner disampaikan kepada seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, pengujian asumsi klasik, pengujian validitas dan realibilitas data serta pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS 25 For Windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menghasilkan nilai R Square sebesar 0.512 atau 51,2%, hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh variabel kreativitas, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap inovasi organisasi, sedangkan sisanya 48,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, seperti motivasi, kinerja pegawai , kompensasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap inovasi organisasi Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika.
