Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, job training and transformasional leadership on the employee performance of PT. Penguin Indonesia. The object of this research are employees who work at PT. Penguin Indonesia to the production division. This study was conducted on 84 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and transformasional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Training, Transformasional Leadership, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, pelatihan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan karyawan pada PT. Penguin Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Penguin Indonesia pada divisi produksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 84 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
