Abstract
Supply chain management is an important part of the company, because it determines the smooth flow of goods that will lead to the customer (distribution process). This distribution process requires timeliness, number, type of vehicle, destination in each shipment. If the delivery is scheduled correctly, then the loss can be minimized. These losses can be in the form of time, money or resources used. This study aims to analyze the distribution route so that an efficient route can be obtained and has an impact on reducing distribution costs. This study uses quantitative methods with the help of open door logistic studio applications. Data collection methods are documentation study techniques, data used secondary data, namely data from the company where this research occurred. The object of this research was carried out in the PPIC Export sub-section at PT Wintextile. Where PT Win Textie is a multinational company engaged in textile manufacturing in the form of knitting processes. To distribute its production, the company rents a truck with a fixed cost system, where the charge is set monthly with a fixed cost. With this system, it is expected that costs can be controlled, the control if all requests are arranged or engineered so that vehicle usage remains optimal. The results of this study obtained average vehicle needs of 10 units of vehicles as many as 7 units, 8 tons of vehicles as much as 1 unit, 5 tons of vehicles as much as 2 units, and 4 tons of vehicles as much as 1 unit. And the decrease in distribution costs reached 50.6% from the previous Rp. 896,220,000 to Rp. 453,500,000. Keyword: Distribution Routes, Saving Matrix, Open door Logistics Studio. Supply chain management merupakan salah satu bagian yang penting bagi perusahaan, karena menentukan kelancaran arus barang yang akan menuju costumer (proses distribusi). Proses distribusi ini menuntut ketepatan waktu, jumlah, jenis kendaraan, tujuan dalam setiap pengiriman. Jika pengiriman di jadwalkan dengan tepat, maka kerugian bisa di minimalisasi. Kerugian tersebut bisa berupa waktu, uang ataupun sumber daya yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis penentuan rute distribusi sehingga didapat rute yang efisien serta berdampak pada penurunan biaya distribusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi open door logistic studio. Metode pengumpulan data teknik studi dokumentasi, data yang digunakan data sekunder yaitu data dari perusahaan tempat penelitian ini terjadi. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan di sub bagian PPIC Ekspor di PT Wintextile. Dimana PT Win textie merupakan perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak di bidang textile manufaktur berupa proses knitting. Untuk mendistribusikan hasil produksinya perusahaan menyewa Truck dengan sitem fixed cost, dimana pembebanan biaya diatur perbulan dengan biaya tetap. Dengan sistem tersebut diharapkan biaya dapat dikendalikan, pengendalian tersebut bilamana seluruh permintaan diatur atau direkayasa agar penggunaan kendaraan tetap optimal. Hasil penelitian ini didapat rata kebutuhan kendaraan yaitu kendaraan 10 ton sebanyak 7 unit, kendaraan 8 ton sebanyak 1 unit, kendaraan 5 ton sebanyak 2 unit, dan kendaraan 4 ton sebanyak 1 unit. Serta penurunan biaya distribusi mencapai 50.6 % dari yang tadinya Rp 896.220.000 menjadi Rp. 453.500.000. Keyword : Rute Distribusi, Saving Matrix, Open door Logistic Studio.
