Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of authoritarian leadership style and motivation on employee loyalty at PT.Indodaya Cipta Lestari. The Object of this research is employee in PT.Indodaya Cipta Lestari. This research was conducted on 76 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the analysis of the data used to be processed by using SEM the PLS (Partial Least Square) Program Version 3.0. The results of this research shows that the variables authoritarian leadership style have a significant positive effects to employee loyalty. Motivation have a significant positive effects to employee loyalty. Keywords : Authoritarian Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Loyalty Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otoriter dan motivasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Indodaya Cipta Lestari. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Indodaya Cipta Lestari. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 76 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan untuk diolah adalah SEM dengan menggunakan program PLS (Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan otoriter berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kata kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Otoriter, Motivasi, Loyalitas Karyawan
