Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational climate, job stress its impact on employee job satisfaction. Population in this research is 71 employees of PT. Sarana Integrasi Prima. The sample used is 71 employees. The sampling method uses saturation sampling. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job stress has a positive and no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, iklim organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 71 karyawan PT. Sarana Integrasi Prima. Sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 71 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
