Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work attachment, career development and standard training toward employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of Puskesmas Tegal Angus, East Teluk Naga, West Kab Tangerang, which amounted to 60 people, all of which are used as semple. Data analysis in this research using Smart Partial Least Square version 2.3 analysis. Based on the analysis results can be concluded that work attachment has no effect on employee performance. Then the career development does not affect the performance of the employee. While the work environment affect the performance of employees. KeyWords: Work Attachment, Career Development, Standard Training, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterikatan kerja, jenjang karir dan standar pelatihan tehadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Puskesmas Tegal Angus , teluk naga, Kab Tangerang, yang berjumlah 60 orang yang keseluruhannya digunakan sebagai semple.. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Smart Partial Least Square versi 2.3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterikatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian jenjang karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan standar pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Keterikatan Kerja, Jenjang Karir, Standar Pelatihan, Kinerja Pegawai
