Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Industrial Work Practices and Competence on Work Readiness of all expertise programs at Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational School located in West Jakarta. The population in this study were students of class XII in accounting skills, office administration, network computer engineering and marketing programs. The method used is the method of causality with a quantitative approach and a type of simple random sampling of 150 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that efficacy variables do not significantly influence work readiness. Industrial work practices variables have a positive and significant effect on work readiness. Competency variables have a positive and significant effect on work readiness. Keywords: Self Efficacy, Industrial Work Practices, Competence and Work Readiness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Efikasi Diri, Praktek Kerja Industri dan Kompetensi terhadap Kesiapan Kerja semua program keahlian di SMK Bina Insan Mandiri yang berlokasi di Jakarta barat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi kelas XII program keahlian akuntansi, administrasi perkantoran, teknik komputer jaringan dan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis simpel random sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel efikasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Variabel praktik kerja industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Variabel kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja. Kata kunci : Efikasi Diri, Praktek Kerja Industri , Kompetensi dan Kesiapan Kerja.
