Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Financial Performance to the value of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2016. Good Corporate Governance variable is measured by using four variables, namely Board of Commissioners Size, Independence of Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors Size, and Number of Audit Committee. Corporate Social Responsibility variables are measured using the CSR index required by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). While the Variable Financial Performance is measured by Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The variable of Firm Value is measured by Tobin's Q index. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016 amounted to 41 companies. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The number of samples according to the criteria determined is 30 samples. Methods of data analysis used with multiple linear regression. Based on the result of the research found that the UDK, DIR, AUD, CSR, and NPM did not affect the value of the company. While the IDK and ROE variable affects the value of the company. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Financial Performance, and Tobins'Q Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Kinerja Keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016. Variabel Good Corporate Governance diukur dengan menggunakan empat variabel, yaitu Ukuran Dewan Komisaris (UDK), Independensi Dewan Komisaris (IDK), Ukuran Dewan Direksi (DIR), dan Jumlah Komite Audit (AUD). Variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) diukur menggunakan indeks CSR yang disyaratkan Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Sedangkan Variabel Kinerja Keuangan diukur dengan Return on Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM). Variabel Nilai Perusahaan diukur dengan indeks Tobin’s Q. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016 berjumlah 41 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Banyaknya sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan adalah sebanyak 30 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa variabel UDK, DIR, AUD, CSR, dan NPM tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel IDK dan ROE berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Kinerja Keuangan, dan Tobins’Q
