Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work stress, and work environment to turnover intention on employees of production PT PZ. Cussons Indonesia. Population in this research is employees of production PT PZ. Cussons Indonesia totaling 85 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 85 employees. Method of sampling by using quantitative descriptive approach. And Methods data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test Data analysis in this study using Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling, The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a positivee and significant effect on turnover intention. Work Stress has no significant effect on turnover intention. And Work Environment has no significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Stress, Work Environment, Employee Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stress kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan dept. produksi PT PZ. Cussons Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dept. produksi PT PZ. Cussons Indonesia yang berjumlah 85 karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 85 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dan metode Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stress Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Dan Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Stress Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention Karyawan.
