Abstract
This research is conducted to find out the influence of organization commitment, work environment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Central Mall Kelola (Central Park Mall Jakarta). The object of this research is the employees who work for PT. Central Mall Kelola. This research was conducted on 85 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used in this research is statistical analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this research indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of commitment organization, work environment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Central Mall Kelola (Central Park Mall Jakarta). It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test and the result of (t) partial show significant point of there independent variables that support the hipothesys. There fore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence organization commitment, work environment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Central Mall Kelola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja teradap organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Central Mall Kelola (Central Park Mall). Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Central Mall Kelola. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 85 responden dengan meggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuatitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara persial dan simultan, variabel komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Central Mall Kelola. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji persial (uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hiposesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada PT.
