Abstract

This study aims to determine the influences of Compensation, Commitment and Organizational Cultural on Employee Performance at PT Garuda Metalindo, Tbk. This research design used a descriptive and quantitative approach. The population in this study are 47 employees at PT Garuda Metalindo, Tbk. This research uses saturated sampling technique taken from the entire population. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to obtain the required data. Data testing techniques include instrument test and classical assumption test. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, and inter-dimensional correlation analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0 for Windows. The results showed that of Compensation, Commitment and Organizational Cultural have a significant positive effect simultaneously on Employee Performance at PT Garuda Metalindo, Tbk. Compensation has no effect on employee performance. Commitment has a significanted positive effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Cultural has no effect on Employee Performance. Further research is suggested to add other variables that affect Employee Performance that has not been used, such as Work Environment, Workload and Leadership Style with different research objects. Keywords: Compensation, Commitment, Organizational Cultural, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, Komitmen dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Garuda Metalindo, Tbk. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 47 karyawan di PT Garuda Metalindo, Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang diambil dari seluruh populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Teknik pengujian data meliputi uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis korelasi antar dimensi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi, Komitmen dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Garuda Metalindo, Tbk. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh pada Kinerja Karyawan. Komitmen memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh pada Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menambahkan variabel lain yang mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan yang belum pernah digunakan, seperti Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan dengan objek penelitian yang berbeda.
