Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, transactional leadership, and job satisfaction on the performance of Civil Servants in the Regional Infrastructure Development Agency. The population in this study was 170 Civil Servants Regional Infrastructure Development Agency. The sample used was 63 civil servants, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses probability sampling, that is, proposionate statified random sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants. Transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Transactional Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Civil Service Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transaksional, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Badan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 PNS Badan Pengembangan Infrastruktur Wilayah. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 63 PNS, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan probability sampling yaitu proposionate statified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS. Kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS.
