Abstract

This study discusses how frontliners' acceptance of the message of the OSA Culture (Open Share Acquisition) and the Service Life of Bank Mandiri Personnel, which arises due to the problem of gaps between the target and the realization that is still far away, service index. The purpose of this study was to determine the reception of frontliners employees about the message of the OSA Culture and the Soul Service of Bank Mandiri's People in the Television Branch of Bank Mandiri. This reception analysis was conducted to determine the acceptance of employees about the understanding of OSA Culture and the Soul Service of Bank Mandiri Individuals. Using a qualitative approach, this analysis is carried out with a deep interview method for collecting primary data and the results of observations and company reports internal data as secondary data. Snowball Purposive Sampling is used to determine informants and key informants. The frontliners involved in this study were men and women aged 20-46 years who were in the demographic at Bank Mandiri Area Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta City. The results of this study indicate that the form of frontliners employee reception through reception research on OSA Culture and Service Life of Bank Mandiri Individuals can be categorized into three acceptance codes, namely (1) dominant hegemonic position regarding the understanding of the soul service of independent bank personnel (2) negotiate position regarding understanding frontliners on OSA Culture (Open Share Acquisiton) and (3) opposition position regarding receiving messages from the goals of OSA (Open Share Acquisition) activities. Keywords: Reception Analysis, Service Live, Work Culture Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana penerimaan pegawai terhadap pesan Budaya Kerja dan Jiwa Pelayanan Pegawai Bank Mandiri, dimana muncul dilatarbelakangi karena adanya masalah gap antara target dengan realisasi yang masih jauh, indeks layanan service. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerimaan pegawai tentang pesan Budaya Kerja yang dikenal dengan nama Budaya Open Share Acquisition dan Jiwa Pelayanan Pegawai Bank Mandiri pada media Televisi Cabang Bank Mandiri. Analisis resepsi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerimaan pegawai tentang pemahaman Budaya OSA dan Jiwa Pelayanan Pegawai Bank Mandiri. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, analisis ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara mendalam (deep interview) untuk pengumpulan data primer dan hasil observasi serta laporan-laporan perusahaan data internal sebagai data sekunder. Snowball Purposive Sampling digunakan untuk penentuan informan dan key informan. Para pegawai yang terlibat di dalam penelitian ini adalah pria dan wanita berusia 20-46 tahun yang berada pada demografis di Bank Mandiri Area Tanjung Priok Kota Jakarta Utara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk penerimaan pegawai frontliners melalui penelitian resepsi tentang Budaya OSA dan Jiwa Service Insan Bank Mandiri dapat dikategorikan ke dalam tiga kode penerimaan yaitu (1) dominant hegemonic position mengenai pemahaman jiwa service insan bank mandiri (2) negotiate position mengenai pemahaman frontliners tentang Budaya OSA (Open Share Acquisiton) dan (3) opposition position mengenai penerimaan pesan dari tujuan dari nilai-nilai OSA (Open Share Acquisition) activities.
