Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and motivation on performance. The object of this research is all employees of the head office of the operational division of PT. BTPN Syariah Bank located in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta. The population in this study amounted to 128 people and a sample of 97 people. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variables of work discipline, compensation and motivation affect the performance of the employees of the head office of the operational division of PT. Syariah BTPN Bank. Keywords: work discipline, compensation, motivation, employee performance Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor pusat divisi operational PT. Bank BTPN Syariah yang berlokasi di Mega Kuningan, Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 128 orang dan sampel 97 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pada karyawan kantor pusat divisi operational PT. Bank BTPN Syariah. Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, kompensasi, motivasi, kinerja karyawan
