Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze work engagement as mediator of authentic personal branding and growth mindset on organizational citizenship behavior at Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with structural equation model or SEM through software named Lisrel version 8,72 by Joreskog and Sorbom. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents who became sample of the study started at April 02, 2020 to May 01, 2020. The population of the study is numbered 579 and sampling using non-probability (purposive sampling) in which employee criteria as ASN (government employee) and have functional as librarian, therefore sample obtained is numbered 238 respondents. The model theory used is showing fit to empirical data. The results of study showed that: (1) work engagement has a positive and significant on organizational citizenship behavior, (2) authentic personal branding has a positive and significant on work engagement, (3) growth mindset has a positive and significant on work engagement, (4) authentic personal branding has a positive and significant on organizational citizenship behavior with work engagement as partial mediator, and (5) growth mindset has a positive and significant on organizational citizenship behavior with work engagement as full mediator. Kata kunci : authentic personal branding, growth mindset, work engagement, organizational citizenship behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis work engagement sebagai mediator authentic personal branding dan growth mindset terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) pada Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Model) melalui piranti lunak Linear Structural Model (Lisrel) versi 8,72 dari Joreskog dan Sorbom. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian dimulai pada tanggal 02 April 2020 sampai dengan 01 Mei 2020. Adapun populasi penelitian berjumlah 579 orang; pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability (purposive sampling) dengan kriteria pegawai berstatus aparatur sipil negara dan jabatan fungsional pustakawan, sehingga sampel yang diperoleh berjumlah 238 responden. Model teori yang digunakan dinyatakan fit dengan data empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, (2) authentic personal branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, (3) growth mindset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan work engagement, (4) authentic personal branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan organizational citizenship behavior melalui work engagement (partial mediator), dan (5) growth mindset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui work engagement (full mediator).
