Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of financial rewards, social values, and work environment on career selection. The population in this study was 7,731 female factory workers at PT. Glostar Indonesia. The sample used was 100 female factory workers in the shoe production division of PT. Glostar Indonesia, calculated based on the Slovin formula. Data collection methods using survey methods, with research instruments is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SEM Lisrel 8.0 (Structural Equation Modeling). This research proves that financial rewards do not significantly influence career selection. Social values have a positive and significant effect on career selection. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on career selection. Keywords: Financial Appreciation, Social Values, Work Environment, Career Selection Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penghargaan finansial, nilainilai sosial, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap pemilihan karir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 7.731 buruh pabrik perempuan PT. Glostar Indonesia. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 100 buruh pabrik perempuan pada divisi produksi sepatu PT. Glostar Indonesia, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data mengunakan SEM Lisrel 8.0 (Structural Equation Modelling). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penghargaan finansial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pemilihan karir. Nilai-nilai sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemilihan karir. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemilihan karir.
