Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of employee competence and work motivation on employee performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is employees who work at AirNav Indonesia headquarters with respondents of 212 employees. Data analysis technique in this research is by using multiple linear regression with SPSS test instrument. The results showed that Employee Competence has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance AirNav Indonesia headquarters. Work Motivation has a significant positive impact on Employee Performance AirNav Indonesia Headquarters. Keywords: Employee Competence, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi karyawan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di kantor pusat AirNav Indonesia dengan responden sebesar 212 karyawan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan alat uji SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi Karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan kantor pusat AirNav Indonesia. Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kantor Pusat AirNav Indonesia. Kata kunci : Kompetensi karyawan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
