Abstract

Documentary film “Perahu Harapan Cilincing” is a documentary film about the portrait of the life of the fishing community precisely in the fishing village of Cilincing, kelurahan Cilincing, North Jakarta. Cilincing fishermen belong to the type of traditional fishermen, where the boats they use not more than 3 Gross Ton small diesel engine, with a simple net fishing gear along 100 meters. Fishermen have strong and unyielding characteristics, even though the sea products are erratic, plus the sea conditions in Jakarta are increasingly polluted, but their hopes for a prosperous life from the sea of Jakarta are still struggling for them. In the making of this documentary film, the author as a Camera Person uses Developing Shot shooting techniques, this technique the author use because this technique is in accordance with the director's wishlist and documentary concepts that the writer and team want. Film dokumenter Perahu Harapan Cilincing adalah film dokumenter potret kehidupan kelompok masyarakat nelayan. Tepatnya di perkampungan nelayan Cilincing, kelurahan Cilincing. Jakarta Utara. Nelayan Cilincing tergolong ke dalam jenis nelayan tradisional, dimana kapal yang mereka gunakan berukuran tidak lebih dari 3 Gross Ton bermesin diesel kecil, dengan alat tangkap jaring sederhana sepanjang 100 meter. Nelayan memiiki karakteristik kuat dan pantang menyerah, meskipun hasil laut tak menentu, ditambah kondisi laut Jakarta yang semakin tercemar, namun harapan mereka untuk hidup sejahtera dari laut Jakarta masih terus mereka perjuangkan. Dalam pembuatan film dokumenter ini, penulis sebagai seorang Camera Person menggunakan teknik pengambilan gambar Developing Shot, teknik ini penulis gunakan karena teknik ini sesuai dengan wishlist sutradara dan konsep dokumenter yang penulis dan tim inginkan.
