Abstract

Films are one of the works of art. Documentary films are films that tell a real triumph with the power of the creator's ideas in assembling interesting images into a special whole. The documentary film Kopi Luwak Cikole is a documentary about drinks that are very popular with the community, namely Coffee. Civet coffee is one of them and is the most expensive coffee in the world. Kopi Cikole Luwak is in Cikole Lembang, Bandung-West Java. Kopi Luwak Cikole is a tourist place as well as education and breeding of civet. Kopi Luwak Cikole is very developed, many local and foreign tourists come to just enjoy a cup of coffee. Kopi Luwak Cikole produces Luwak coffee itself with handmade. Stage by stage is done correctly. Starting from the farmers picking coffee, feeding civet, coffee washing, roasting to packaging. In making this documentary film, the author as an editor who cuts by using montage theory as a basis for work, montage is done by the author himself using Ideational Montage, which is a narrative based on images. Keywords: Documentary Film, Cikole-Lembang, Kopi Luwak. Film merupakan salah satu hasil karya seni.Film dokumenter merupakan film yang menceritakan sebuah kejian nyata dengan kekuatan ide kreatornya dalam merangkai gambar-gambar menarik menjadi istimewa secara keseluruhan. Film dokumenter Kopi Luwak Cikole adalah film dokumenter tentang minuman yang sangat digemari masyarakat yaitu Kopi. Kopi Luwak salah satunya dan merupakan kopi termahal didunia. Kopi Luwak Cikole berada di Cikole Lembang, Bandung-Jawa Barat. Kopi Luwak Cikole merupakan tempat wisata sekaligus edukasi dan penangkaran luwak. Kopi Luwak Cikole ini sangat berkembang, banyak turis lokal maupun luar negri datang untuk sekedar menikmati secangkir kopi. Kopi luwak Cikole memproduksi kopi Luwak sendiri dengan handmade. Tahapan demi tahapan di lakukan dengan benar. Dimulai dari petani memetik kopi , memberi makan luwak, pencucian kopi, roasting hingga packaging. Dalam pembuatan film documenter ini, penulis sebagai sseorang editor yang melakukan pemotongan dengan menggunakan teori montage sebagai landasan untuk pengerjaan, montage yang dilakukan oleh penulis sendiri menggunakan Ideational Montage yaitu narasi berdasarkan gambar. Kata Kunci : Film Dokumenter, Cikole-Lembang, Kopi Luwak.
